The deadline to submit your entries for the 2019 Mayo Business Awards has been extended to Monday 7 October. The awards will be presented at a Gala Ceremony in The McWilliam Park Hotel in Claremorris, on Friday 15 November to recognise businesses across the county who have excelled or achieved success within the last year.

There are 12 awards categories and businesses can enter as many categories as they so wish, as long as they meet the criteria for each award. Free entries can be made online before the deadline of 7 October. A shortlist of the potential winners for each award will be released prior to the Awards Ceremony on 15 November.

Mayo has a very diverse business mix with many different businesses located throughout the county. The 2019 Mayo Business Awards will again give local businesses the opportunity to be recognised for their dedication, investment and hard work across a number of categories.

Tickets are now available and cost €60 per person. This includes a four-course dinner with a prosecco reception with guest speakers from the business world in attendance on the night, followed by entertainment into the early hours. It promises to be another high calibre and prestigious event and will provide a unique opportunity for businesses to network.

The Mayo Business Awards scheme is a cross-community initiative with the backing of the Local Enterprise Office. It is supported by the Chambers in Ballina, Ballyhaunis, Castlebar, Claremorris, Erris and Westport, in addition to other business organisations.
